Caring for and cleaning your futon cover is as simple as throwing it in the laundry and washing it like you would your other clothing. As you would probably guess, you should read the manufacturer’s suggestions regarding how to wash, but in most cases you can be fine with a mild soap, warm water and no bleach. For cotton futon covers this is almost a no-brainer. Machine drying isn’t highly recommended as it can cause the covers to shrink. Hand drying outside can also help to eliminate any odors that build up from regular use, so this is always a good idea from time to time.
It doesn’t get much more difficult for the other futon cover fabrics. Microsuedes are a bit trickier, especially with stains. But, if you treat them like you would one of your suede garments, you will be fine. Again, in this case a mild soap and water solution is recommended. You can spot treat first, then do a more full wash. For leather covers, most times just wiping with a damp cloth will pick up most minor spills. If you get a more stubborn stain or one that has set for some time, it might be more challenging. You could consult with an upholstery cleaner for that one. Just remember, the futon slipcover will be protecting the futon mattress beneath it so even if there is a spill or some other problem on the cover, it is protecting what is beneath so it did its job.

Sag Harbor, NY is an awesome little port village at the far west end of Long Island . It is part of the Hamptons and is actually in both East Hampton and Southampton.
At one point in the early history of the US the port was the major port of call in North America. It was soon overtaken by New York City in that department but its next claim to fame was its prominence as a whaling station. Despite that industry’s peak being in 1840 (and it was all downhill from there), there are still a lot of remnants of what had to have been high times in this town’s life. One remnant of that history is the local whaling museum.
I had a blast walking through the musuem and checking out their displays. Whaling lore, tales of how whales were processed, the whaling business and even a new exhibit about oil, from whales to petroleum to who knows what is next. I also learned there are other historical museums and places scattered around in other places in the Hamptons. I like stuff like what I saw in the whaling museum so I have to get out try and see what some of these other Hamptons historical sights are like.

As a new driver, you get the privilege of shopping for car insurance. Young driver car insurance or new driver car insurance is not going to be super cheap. If you had been driving for 10 years with no traffic violations or accidents, your premiums would be a lot lower, but you can take some steps towards getting cheaper premiums.
Your deductible can allow you to have lower rates. If you have an extremely low deductible, your premiums would be higher because the insurance company knows they will have to pay more in the case of an accident. Raise your deductible and you will lower your premiums. Make sure that you only raise your deductible as high as you can afford. That means if you get into an accident, you should be able to pay your deductible or else it’s not worth lowering your premiums.
Don’t necessarily go with the cheapest car insurance company at first glance. These companies will not decrease premiums as much as those with discounts, etc. You can get discounts for safe driving, taking defensive driving courses, students getting good grades, senior discounts, etc. Especially if you have multiple drivers on your policy, discounts can really add up to a big savings.

Oxycontin addiction can be a real threat to anyone who is suffering from chronic pain or gets caught up in trying to self medicate with opiate based painkillers. Part of the problem with using an opiate to treat chronic pain is that it is like using a credit card to make an impulse purchase–you can either pay now, or you can pay later. When you take an opiate to mask the pain you are feeling then you are simply choosing to pay later.
In order to overcome oxycontin addiction, you would want to find an alternative way to treat any chronic pain that you might be feeling. This is important because if you can not get your pain under control through other means then the possibility of relapse becomes much higher.

There are some encouraging signs that the real estate market may be starting to turn the corner. For example, out in Arizona they are starting to see multiple bids on homes in the ‘starter’ range (prices around $95,000 to $150,000). This kind of activity, should in turn, drive prices up in other price ranges. It was also noted that homes in the ‘move up’ range are starting to see a lot more foot traffic coming through, as well as an increase in sales. Starting from the lower end like this and moving up is, of course, starting to generate a bit of hope in even the high end luxury home builders, but they’re probably not quite ready to start popping the bubbly quite yet.
Granted, this is what’s currently being seen in Arizona, which is still some distance from the Dallas home mortgage market. But the hope is that this type of improvement will be seen to a greater or lesser extent across more and more of the country.

Lighting your garden sympathetically and correctly results in a great environment to both relax in and party in when the mood takes you. Getting the garden lighting right also has added benefits in that it deters intruders who are more likely to be spotted if an outdoor area is well lit. One way of achieving this that is becoming more and more popular, is through the use of outdoor solar garden lights, and the reason for this is because environmental issues are gaining momentum and most of us have started to keep an eye out for where we can make improvements.
Solar light fixtures will seem a little more expensive than standard outdoor light fittings, but you must factor in the savings you’ll make by not having to employ an electrician to lay the cables for you new design and wire in the lights.

Custom self inking stamps can be ordered from office supply stores. Go to the counter and grab one of the forms. You will be asked a series of questions to determine the final outcome of what your stamp should look like. It is a good idea to think ahead of time about what you would like your stamp to say and also how you would like it to look. Here are a few things to consider:
Text - What phrase or wording would you like the self inking stamp to read? Think about the purpose of the stamp and what you would like to convey to the reader.
Color – What color of ink would you like your stamp to be imprinted in? Black is the most popular colour to choose, but you may like to select red if you are ordering your custom self inking stamp for an Accounts Receivable department. The text in the stamp will really stand out from the rest of the paper and will be read first.
Font – Times New Roman, Courier and Arial are among the most common fonts used in self inking stamps. They are easily read and quite legible for the stamp to imprint. You can also select whether you would like a portion of your text in bold or even in italics.
Size – Make sure you measure the space that your stamp is required to fit. Perhaps size isn’t as important for your purposes, but if you are having a self inking stamp made to fit the return address portion of a business sized envelope, you will need to take this into consideration. You may even require your stamp to fit into a specific box on an invoice. Select the overall size of the self inking stamp that you require. This will also help to determine if your font size is the correct porportions.
Thinking ahead about how you would like your stamps to look, will help you when it comes time to place your order for custom self inking stamps.
