A Portable Closet for the Vacation House
We recently brought a new item to our vacation home up in the mountains. We take careful consideration into any and every item we bring into our little home out there – no one wants to junk up their vacation home! Everything has to have it’s place and serve dual functions. This is why a portable closet made sense after we read about them online, for free of course, at the Portable Closet Guide. What is a portable closet? Well, it’s a closet but it’s lightweight and mobile. Ours has wheels. Some have no wheels but have nice handles for easy moving. They’re often transparent but the one we bought is a little nicer, made of high quality tan mesh material.
This portable closet will mean we have more storage in our vacation home for our own clothes while we’re visiting. It also means that when our kids call and say they’re coming to use the house, they will have a closet of all their own.
All in all, adding a portable closet was a nice decision.
Now I just need to convince my partner to add that hot tub!
