Acne Overview

Acne is a skin problem which affects the majority of people in their teenage years. It may also go on into the adult years, but it usually lessens. The place it most commonly occurs is on the face. Other areas which can be affected are the neck, back, and chest. The people most commonly affected are teenagers due to hormonal changes during puberty. This can extend into adulthood.

There are several different ways to treat acne, and some of them are non-prescription acne skin care remedies. If someone has minor acne, they can find products at their local store to help eradicate their blemishes. A good way to start is to regularly wash their face with a good facial cleanser. If someone has oily skin, there are cleansers and facial toners to deeply clean the pores.
