When it comes to property hotspots in Cyprus, you can’t do much better then Peyia, which is located just 12 km north of Paphos. The main attraction of this town, which has a population of just over 2000, is its situation up on the hillside where it offers beautiful views over Coral Bay and, beyond Coral Bay, on to Paphos. British property buyers, especially, have been drawn to this town and over the last few years there has been a big increase in new properties being built.
As well as its beautiful location. It is a fully self-sufficient town with several shops, bars and restaurants, banks and other amenities. They are also justly proud of their local football team Peyia FC, which plays in the Cypriot first division. Part of its charm can also be seen in its heritage, with two old crumbling Christian basilicas, just on the borders the village, and further Roman tombs hewn into the cliffs above the ocean.

The forms for this is available from local district offices. Once you have this take it along to your local identity card office with the following documents. You will need your passport, birth certificate and your temporary residents permit. It is advisable to take along photocopies of these documents as well and if possible some passport photos.
