Titanic Carrying Diamonds?
We have all seen the different diamond rings commercials that appear around Valentine’s Day or Christmas, but did you know there are other kinds of diamonds available in rings as well? Until doing some random internet browsing the other day, I had no idea there was such a thing as a pink diamond. This diamond is, as you would expect, hued a certain color of pink and is just as rare as its more well known clear cousin. Pink Diamond rings are considered very classy and formal, and are available at almost any jewelry store that is respectable. It is said that the Titanic was carrying the world’s largest pink diamond ring when it sank into the Atlantic Ocean many years ago. Maybe that rumor is where the whole jewelry plt line came from in the recent Titanic movie!
